Official 2013-14 NBA Regular Season Thread - SPOILERS!

Carl Landry signed with the Kings

Jeff Pendergraph agrees to 2 years with the Spurs! This guy has haunted by box breaks for years and now he is a Spur! lol

Maybe ive been out of the loop but can you please inform me who is pendergraph?? Sounds like a bum. Surprised jack left warriors, hes a solid player. big loss for them.

Drafted by the blazers I believe a few seasons back and became a bit of a journeyman plays PF

PG/ Brandon Knight
SG/ Rodney Stuckey
SF/ Josh Smith
PF/ Greg Monroe
C/ Andre Drummond

Not bad in my opinion, I think they can be a defensive force if they do play J-Smoove at the three! If Brandon Knight fulfils his potential they could be playoff team easily!

31st pick in 2009

He was a Pacer last season averaging only 10mins a game.

I like him. He is long and pretty athletic and can space well. Decent backup at SF

So we just aquired 3 sf. Are we aloud to play all of them on lebron at once??

Brandon Knight is not a true PG, they will sorely miss Calderon, unless they plan to play Bynum as a starter?
Smith is not a SF. They will struggle with all 3 bigs in the floor at once IMO

???
We have only got Kawhi

Ever since Jackson left we haven't had any other SF players! Manu was playing SF for some time last season!

The Rookie SG the Pistons just drafted, Kentavious Caldwell Pope can flat out shoot the 3 and could start over Stuckey at some point. Stuckey may be traded even.

With Caldwell-Pope and Knight, both can flat out shoot and can really open the inside game for the bigs.

And if Smith plays the 3, while he is 6-9, can run the floor and get on the break and get back on d fast.

Also, it gives the Pistons some star power and will put some bums on seats. The Pistons crowds have been terrible lately.

Pendergraph highlight last season was an ejection from the ecf's for fighting with Norris cole

I hope the pistons are good this season but realistically probably another year away, they have built well in the draft as long as they
Don't throw stupid deals out like the charlie v deal in 09 they will be on the right track
A little surprised that. Jsmoove accepted a 16 m/year deal I thought he was adamant he was max deal man

Good to see some of the lesser teams dealing well in this period but what about teams like the C's, Thunder, LA? Have the Celrics and Lakers already canned next season is waiting for the 14 free agency? Clips, Warriors and a couple of other teams have really pushed ahead even from their good showings last season. U watch LA sign Anderson just to add another basket case to the LA show. Anyone know why LA let Clark go?
