War against Sticky Tape on top Loaders!!!!!

Here's my 2c worth. I use the opaque Scotch Tape exclusively, (and I don't have a commercial agreement with 3M), when I tape down the top loader I fold the tape back on itself about 1cm so you can grab the end of it and slowly (slowly now) peel off without leaving any sticky, yucky, crappy residue.

Try it out, it works!!!

This should be a war against sticky tape all together. Recently I received two cards, in top loaders and in a team bag but the team bag had what seemed like half a role of tape on it. Getting into it was a bitch of a process. then when I did, I found the top loaders had the other half a role on them. Never again, if I get something like that I am just gonna send it back.....

Yeah, I get plenty of these. I just perform delicate surgery to extract the cards then throw all the packing stuff in the bin.

hahaha sorry if it was too excessive, I know the first couple i sent after this thread did get that little extra just to make sure they "WERE SENT SAFELY"


motiv8dan if you ever buy from me and want a shiny new toploader with your cards, i have heaps here. just remember to ask me and pay a small amount extra in the deal to cover the cost.....
I will also ensure as you requested make sure that i DO NOT stick any tape to the toploader. and will wrap it in paper first, before i use two entire rolls of tape to wrap the package.

now thats pushing it,.....

i can handle having crappy looking toploaders, as already mentioned here several times by many people, they are simply the first ones to get packed up and sent out with the next trade.

but really, threaten to put pubes in there, isnt that a little childish????

Thats disgusting,childish & so unhygenic its a top loader If u dont like sticky top loaders maybe people shouldnt use them and just chuck em in a bubble mailer when dealing with you???

LOL, when someone uses a after a post in generally means in jest, like this whole thread, I understand there are a few slow ones on here and it can be hard to get the undertone of sarcasm on the net, but most have got it. I will make it easier for the few that cannot, and now add this after a sarcastic/witty post so that they too can enjoy it it:

Firstly, I don't care about their personal lives, secondly I don't care if i know them? thirdly, I am a cold hearted mean spirited bloke that doesn't understand why people feel the need to put tape all over top loaders.

Its not the end of the world, just thought it was worth discussing, but for some on here the thought of a discussion with sarcasm is too hard so again just in case:
