Official ESP 2016 NRL Traders Thread (Sell Sheet Page 14)

This has probably been brought up a couple of times but I'm just wondering what are the ratios for the SAS Signature cards? Thanks

The ratios for the black and gold foil signature cards aren't specified but they are limited to 750 and 500 each respectively. They seem to come out at one per box for the blacks and 2 in every three boxes for the golds.

The actual on card signatures are /100 and one per case

Ok thank you.

I got a retirement (Brent Kite) from a single pack today after 3 straight Faces from my last 3 packs. I'm pretty happy with that.

Wasn't really after any retirements but I could probably swap it for a group of smaller inserts I'm after or maybe one of the foil sig Keary cards.

2:3 Boxes for the Blacks and 1:2 Boxes for the Golds

Are you sure? if it is a 1800 case run then it should be 5 to a case for gold. 1:2 would mean 600 cards if the 1800 case figure is correct.
I know they have been coming out at 6 golds 8 blacks to a case but either the early boxes have been stacked or the production run is only 1500 cases.

Most of the cases we are currently seeing opened are from the 200 case run for the ESP's special dealers, I am convinced they are stacked.

Also it goes to show ESP are not thinking about long term sale of there product, flog it out early through the dealers, and leave them holding the bag .So to speak.

May well be but if they are not massively so.
As I posted previously there appears to be one additional gold and 2 additional blacks to what you would expect from the numbers. It would leave 1400 cases at the correct ratios and 200 short 1 gold and 2 blacks. If the 200 are broken to use in starters, albums and give aways then I don't have a problem with it.
The discounted price on starter packs may well reflect the decreased chance of bigger hits. Still good value for those that are only chasing commons parallels etc but it would be nice to know for sure.

Some pretty good hits coming from starter packs too. Which is good. I got about 50 starter packs last year, with nothing notable. Not even a retirement. Starters should be there to entice people!

Regardless of ratios unless you are buying cases it comes down to luck of the draw, grabbed one packet yesterday and pulled a SASB, one pack this morning for a Power forward.
Gabbed a starter pack lunch time and pulled another Power Forward & 2 puzzle pieces.
2 x PP
2 x PF
1x SASB
From the last 5 packs Ive opened.
Think Im on a roll, only chasing eels inserts and both the SASB and one power forward were cards Im after.
