I had the pleasure of being in camp at the Crowne Plaza Coogee this week for work, watched Laurie correct the team announcement in the foyer then caught the lift with a very dissapointed Sutton as he was carrying his bags out to the car. He looked and sounded shatterred.
It was pretty strange week with all the Blues team around, the oldboys present and the media around, must book in next year for another work conference.

Here is some mail for u......34 yr old Craig Gower wants a return to the NRL after 4 years of French rugby and now captain of the London Broncos. He is disgruntled with the poor training ethic and direction of the club. He is talking with Doust and will return to the NRL in 2014 in the red V.

he tried coming back last year mate, the doctor he needs for his knee is based in australia. and penrith making the most of that offered him a filthy 50k aseason. as you can imagine he didnt even consider it and went to england.
would love to have him back, but in saying that wouldnt want to see such a great player run thier career into the ground like matt orford did when he came back.
but if there is anyone who could maintain a successful return it would be gower, one of the hardest workers ever

Soward is gone, club sick of his attitude, performance & not following instructions.
No plan B for the rest of this year but they have had enough of him.
Re Hastings, more than likely off to the Roosters as Ayoub isnt a Young fan & the fall out from Sowards sacking will make things between them even more strained.
