Anyone know all the things that trigger the Footy Mate's "surprise phrases"? I picked a JT up today because I was curious.

Is it also true that they pick up an undetectable (to the human ear) frequency from the Origin broadcast which causes some?

I reckon it'd be a good idea if they did a "NRL Micro Figures: Legends" set.

40 players. 2 from each team, one more recent retiree (last decade or so) and one older player. (titans would probably have to have both recent, unless they did a player from one of the old Gold Coast teams) and 8 immortals (with black boots like the Young Stars fluro yellow ones)

Maybe even throw in a few players from clubs that aren't around anymore like the Bears or Jets.

I'm not sure if those are actually micro figure products. The designs are done by the same guy but they're different from the originals and also don't have any association with the actual Micro Figures by the looks of things.

That being said, I'm pretty sure we'll still get them.

I like the idea of a legends series but would like them to do a journymen series how good would it be for someone like wally lewis in Brisbane, gold coast, qld and Australian test colours for example

So it looks like there probably won't be anymore, despite having an unused design for Luke Lewis and multiple references to a Manly Nate Myles. Which is a shame because I wanted a Souths Young Star.
