It is - assuming people pay the higher price!

I personally think it would be nice to have them all in the same set and all the same numbering to 100.

Otherwise you might have people buying particular numbers of the common set and not buying the signatures. It would be nice for the person who is going to spend that much on everything to get the same numbering is all im thinking.

You're absolutely right. I've not yet worked out how the printers cope with numbering. Would they number each card, or just the header cards and signature cards. Will have to look into that properly. This is an area I've always under-rated. You would think I would learn my lesson when I watch all the efforts people on OCT put into getting the same numbers. I think I'll have a clearer picture in my mind once I go see the printer again. I think I'll put up a survey soon

So the latest update on this is a mixture of good and bad news. The good news is that I've reconfirmed the involvement of the NZ player. The bad news is I may have to reuse a caricature done of him earlier for one of John Ireland's books. Not ideal, but beggars can't be choosers.

Taking on board comments on here, I'm now thinking of splitting the sets into 2.

Set 1 = base set of 47 caricatures + 1 header card + 2 checklist cards - numbered 101 - 1000. Available in Ultra Pro 50 count box. Projected price $35.

Set 2 = base set as above but numbered from 1 - 100. It will come with the two signature cards in top loaders (numbered the same of course) - Projected price $150.

I know the price of the signature set will be a bit controversial but I don't think it would be unreasonable for 2 high profile player signatures plus the base set. I think it works out at under $58 per signature card and don't forget strictly limited to 99 as the first set is "probably" going to greedy guts Naz

I don't think the style of this release suits insert and chase cards etc. Yes, everything is doable, but my primary goal is to get these amazing caricatures out into the public domain and the secondary goal is to at least break even.

In terms of design, I'm thinking on the front the caricature plus a small logo representing my website - maybe abbreviated to NCP = Nazim's Cricket Page. Would love it if someone could lend a hand with a nice design?

On the back in fine print John Ireland and a copyright symbol plus my website url on one side. In the body of the back - name of the player and some basic information (as suggested on here):
