The Naked Gun trilogy - $18 @ Sanity. The originals and the best.

thats freaky T, i just watched the whole trilogy 2 nights ago!

my bro and me can quote most lines from each, my fave is this one,"like a midget at a urinal, i knew id have to stay on my toes"

and scrubs is the only thing worth watching on TV...that and arrested development.

Went into JB over the weekend on the way back from a big 21st. Found a couple of movies in which i added to my collection.

"Dont tell mum the babysitters dead":$6.98 BARGAIN! A classic movie one of my favs.

Resident Evil II:$12.98... Not too bad, have the first one so thought id add this one too. Not as good as the first one though.

Spent $50 on these 3 movies.

Jarhead
Fun with Dick and Jane
Sin City

all were pretty cheap as they are new to DVD couldnt resist to add to my collection :)

I grabbed Scrubs Season 3 today because it was only $25 and haven't really treated myself in three months...... and since I have not seen many, if any of that season, I was all excited... got home and the sound was skipping and shit, so i gotta take it back and get a damn replacement..... but woot at the bargain price, once I eventually get the damn set in working order!

Just got 2nd season of Millenium with Lance "Bishop" Henrikson! Haven't had a chance to watch any yet due to uni starting, but looking forward to seeing how things have changed since Chris Carter jumped off to concentrate on X-Files! :D

yeh i got all Scrubs Season 1 2 and 3 on DVD and just finished watching the 3Season, got the first 2 for my birthday. Great Show =D>

Yeah i got seasons 1 and 2 for xmas from Dad... who has season 4 on order and paid for so he can get day of release, the day before the AFL grand final, so since I'll be down there for that, he and I shall have a scrubs-a-thon then watch Adelaide pound someone in the grand final. Fun times :D

I'm sorry but I have to go one up, or two up actually but I have seasons 1 to 5 on dvd :p ;) Scrubs is awesome, Turk is the bomb.

phew, ive gone on a bit of a splurge lately with dvds (maybe thats why i dont have any money left for cards these days #-o )

picked up a few classics and a couple of newer movies.

Once upon a time in the west (2 disc): Sergio Leone, an all time classic western.

Princess Bride: i remember loving it as a kid, so picked it up for cheap. didnt enjoy it as much as i thought i would after all these years.

The Unforgiven (2 disc): clint eastwood, another all time classic western.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang: spur of the moment purchase after hearing good things, was not disapointed at all. absolutely love this film, its so quick witted and fast paced, 90 mins of pure fun. highest recommendation!

Cool Hand Luke: Paul Newman back when he was the coolest muther****er on the planet, great prison movie.

12 Angry Men: saw it in the $7.99 bin, its a classic, why not i thought.

Wizard of OZ (2 disc): if you dont like the wizard of oz, you havent got a soul i reckon, still a fun movie, even for a jaded guy like myself.

also downloaded a few movies:

Inside Man: very good, but not great hostage drama. kind of rips of movies like usual suspects and the negotiator, but definitely worth a watch.

V for Vendetta: a thinking mans action movie, not much action (except for 1 amazing scene) but an awesome movie still.

Silent Hill: as a big fan of the games, i loved how well they captured the look of the games almost perfectly, very creepy too, they didnt water it down much which is good.

Princess Bride: i remember loving it as a kid, so picked it up for cheap. didnt enjoy it as much as i thought i would after all these years.

My favourite childhood movie, hence why I haven't watched it again since I was young to avoid dassapointment! :(

I bought (or got given) a couple of my childhood favourites....Labyrinth is still a pretty good movie to watch, whereas The Dark Crystal I have found a bit ordinary. Gremlins, Teen Wolf and Goonies are all still OK too!!

Welll i got 2-
The sixth man from mikimouse on here, it was video quality but still loved it as its a childhood fav of myn!

I also bought my gf Dave Hughes new and first live dvd! Watched it last night and its freaken hillarious! 90 minutes he does his show, then theres over 75 minutes of interesting and funny extras! Well worth 23 bucks!

complete season 6 of xena , with some others on the way part 2 of season 3 and part 1 of season 4, also dont know if you guys remember a vampire show that came on in the mid 90's called Kindred the embraced, i loved then so i decided to buy the DVD, there is only 8 episodes in the series as the lead actor was killed in a motorbike accident, so sad would have been great to have more episodes but i love the ones that were made, am also thinkin of buying greys anatomy season 1, but i want the rest of the xena DVD's first

Picked up the Once Upon A Time In China Trilogy which has been remastered and released in English 5.1 Audio.

Well worth the $30 we paid, spectacular fight scenes, an absolute killer!!

That's it indeed mate! - I knew I'd hear from you on here, lol.

The overdub is nothing great, it's not even Jet's voice. But the films are classics! I remember watching the 1st one on a late night SBS Cult Classic movie!

Looking to get the rest of Jet's movies on DVD now. I know there's a few, but it'll make one hell of a collection!

Does anyone know if Fearless is subtitled (out in Cinema's now).
