2011 Series II - Any Rumours?

They will continue with the PC cards until they have done all years, this has been explained before, there is also an apparent rush to get them done sooner rather then later. So no surprise, but the PC collectors will be happy they are back again, they do look great together!! Massive set...
As much as I'd love another Geelong signature to chase, I'm glad the rumours suggest there wont be any Geelong redemptions, still trying to play catch up with the Ablett and Bartel ones from 2008 which I had to overlook at the time.
That said, if anyone has one, I'm in a better position to purchase than I was in 08 wink wink

Personally always like the look of the Premiership cards. Unfortunately as I support one of the 'newer' teams don't have anything to chase after. Great set to collect though I would think, and for team collectors would always be happy to see them released.

And i also believe they should contact and talk to the collectors. See what they want and look for etc.
What needs to happen i think is select to stay BUT have a decent rival in the industry. Teamcoach isnt as its based more around a game no sigs etc etc.
If select had a bit of compition i could see a shake up. But i dont think someone getting the contract, especially outside of australia, would be any benifet to our hobby

Select are so far behind the rest of the trading card industry its not funny. They cant even do match worn jersey cards anymore? Collectors buy whatever they dish up and as long as this continues to happen they will just keep serving up the same cards every year but in new wrappers.
