Could you imagine how good Kyrie would be if he spent that effort in defense too.. he would be insane... almost Gary Payton level.
I've found myself cheering for the Cavaliers these last few games, which I did not see coming. I give Dellavedova all the credit for that, what an amazing couple of games he's played.

I have, he averaged about 40. But he didn't have much competition in the Finals. A very old Mutombo, Smits and I can't even remember the Nets Centre he went against. I think Shaq had 40 and 20.
But people seem to think LeBron didn't have loaded teams with the Heat. Amazing. The guy had Ray Ray coming off the bench nailing daggers.
This is why everyone likes to see LeBron lose, because there's just too much garbage talk about how LeBron is the best ever.
LeBron has won me some good $$$ over the years, but the pain of the basketball boards is soul destroying. Luckily ozcards is still pretty good.

I put $5 on for the heck of it at 20-1 that leading scorer of the final would be anyone other than Lebron or Curry. Not looking too good.....worth a shot though, was banking on a good series by Klay. Actually maybe Delly can come through for me!
And Jordan had Pippen, Rodman, Grant, Kucok, etc, and Kobe had Shaq, Horry, etc...If you're going to point out ONE stacked team, you have to point them ALL out...

I only every replied to the "Shaq got Kobe his first 3 rings". We all know you need to have a pretty legit squad to get it done.
LeBron is getting too much room to move and attack and he isn't seeing enough double teams. He's the head of the snake in the Cleveland offense and you have to stifle him and make everyone else beat you. If they do, you live with the consequence but I think that limiting LeBron on the offense by constantly forcing the ball out of his hands is the only way the dubs are going to be able to get even with Cleveland. Keep LeBron under 20 points and let him have his double figure assists.

I agree, this is the only way you can beat the Cavs.
If you let LeBron keep backing Barnes/Iggy/whoever down into the low post after catching high in the post, you're just letting the spot up shooters find their spots and Bron can put it right in the pocket for them.
I think Kerrs game plan was let Bron have his points, we'll suffocate everyone else.. it hasn't worked.
Its time he focused their defensive efforts on the guy hitting 40 points a game and let them live or die by the 3.
With the poor 3pt form of Delly, JR and Shumpert.. I'd be letting them shoot it all night.
James Jones and Bron seem to be the only ones consistently hitting the 3 ball.

Shocking game by the Cavs. There was no drive and hunger like game 3. Just looking tired and going through the motions, especially Bron and Delly.
Warriors were more hungry all game and took it to them.
Credit to Kerr for really switching up his rotations.. it looked like a bad choice in the first 5 mins, but once they got their rhythm, they just coasted.
