Official 2013-14 Playoffs Thread - SPOILERS!

A view things I noticed...

Firstly,

Thank you Hibbert and Pacers for finally working together...
I'm sure you'll stuff it up the next game...lol

Meanwhile Brooklyn keep getting over run in the 4th...

I mean how many high pick and rolls (not actually set) is LeBron going to do before the Nets figure out how to stop it?

It's so easy to stop too, but it's been killing the Nets (Kidd's an idiot sometimes) doesn't respond quick enough for change, Spoelstra schooling him a bit the way he's using his players....

Miami changing on the move with different players is really improving....LeBron played GREAT D-fence in the 3rd and a bit in the 4th but had a terrible offensive game (especially in the 4th) and Spoelstra just starts running plays for Wade and Ray off picks and they win easy on the 3 ball...


Very disappointed in Garnet, seems like he forgot that he's allowed to shoot...

This Brooklyn team can beat Miami when the slow the game down to a crawl and make in a grind, but if they can't keep it together in the 4th, well it's all over...

Would Love to see Brooklyn win the next 2 at home. (stranger things have happened ie. Pacers)
 
Finally a Heat loss. This has been such a boring second round compared to the first. Hopefully we can get some more wins by BKN + Blazers to make it interesting.

Blazers by 6 today.

Do you realise how much Miami uses and also depends on the 3 ball in close games in the 4th?

You guys have got use to seeing Ray,Bosh,Chalmers,Cole,Wade and even LeBron(normally 1/3) all take turns hitting big 3's in the 4th in close games they have done this and survived this way for years...As a team they are Clutch!

But when they don't have someone connect on 3's in the 4th you guys normally struggle to win!

But sometimes LeBron is able to be the man in these situation both on D and O and keep Miami in it...1/4 times he succeeds without his team mates hitting 3's which isn't all that great...But his D makes up for it!

When Wade takes on the end of a game when his team is in a battle and can't hit 3's Wade gets it done a little better than LeBron however he isn't doing half has mush as LeBron on D during those spurts...

Anyway, blah blah, I'm sure you probably know all that or will just think I'm crazy..50/50 shot..


I truly believe Brooklyn get game 4 in another grind....LeBron played well in game 3 but his team didn't...I don't think LeBron will have a good game in game 4...

Having sad that, anytime I doubt LeBron (who actually had a good game 3) he comes out and does something special...You can bet on it...
 
Spurs are really rolling now!!

Dallas gave us a tune up for 6 games, but since game 7 The Spurs have been motoring on all cylinders.

The Blazers have only lead for 33 seconds in this entire series so far!! That demonstrates how much of a beatdown the Spurs are putting on them!
 
Nets/Heat game is so annoying to watch. They have a microphone right next to some squealing female whose voice is about as clear as the commentators.

This guy's a genius...oh wait it's me....

Haven't seen the game yet but heard about it....Will watch it tonight...LeBron with 49, yep that would right, who hit the 3's in the 4th this time?

Calm down there Gary, you also said that the Nets would win or it would be a long series.

I'm not sure there's an NBA team that DOESN'T rely on hitting 3's in the last. They all need to hit them.
