He isn't on Hibbert's level... Not even close, why do people even make the comparison? Heat fans dreaming again...... They shouldn't even need to worry about Hibbert so much if they can shut George and West down...

Bynum is a bum, closely tied with JR Smith as the biggest cancer in the league..... He has also stated he wants to get PAID if he conitunes in the NBA, he won't go anywhere for cheap if there's a better offer...

Dude just needs to go away, really, he's done and dusted..

maybe he could teach jr how to tie shoes not undo them lol

"washed up" "bum" "cancer" whatever. I still think in the Heat organisation, for the mid level exception, he's a great fit. Infact it might revitalise his career….as it has with Beasley.

I think Beasley only loved the weed too much, so was easy for him to turn his career around, plus having wade and James their would have pulled his ass into gear

Indy would be scared as flap if Bynum went to the Heat.. and visa-versa if Bynum went to the Pacers, Heat can kiss the three-peat goodbye.. infact all teams would be pretty much screwed.. haha

The second coming of Eddy Curry..... Maybe the Nets can somehow work out a nice 'Kirilenko-ish' type deal so the league can implement a super-duper luxury tax or something. Dallas is meant to be in hot pursuit since they're hardly a contender in the west at the moment, he's a high risk, high reward proposition. Back in the day people said similar things about Dennis Rodman too - somebody will pay him....................unfortunately.

agreed - don't see him as a walking (or hobbling) liability, see him as 6 fouls per game. Or at least a large meat-wall to place in front of Hibbert. I wouldn't be surprised if Miami or Clippers pick him up.

the boy has a decent amount of skill, he just needs some inspiration to ignite that fire to kick the oppositions a$$. Its incredible, the guy could be a corner-stone in a playoff/conference finals contender team, but his head is in the clouds.. or somewhere.

Saw that Norm and I must admit I'm disappointed. There's no guarantee Oden will come good and the Heat (especially this year) need a big body like Bynum to get past the Pacers (Hibbert) in the East. But there's still a chance knowing Riley, he loves to setup those smoke screens and then swoops.

Can agree here. Riley is a master of many disguises.

But it will be quite a snub to Oden if they do.. but I'm sure he'll forget all about that when he's playing 5 mins a game in the Finals series and gets a ring for it!

Time for Joel Anthony to be cut from the team to make way for Bynum….you have to admit that Bynum (in the right frame of mind) is a better insurance policy than Anthony (or Oden for that matter.)

To win another Championship…..hell yeah. This team was assembled just to win Championships and this could be the final year that this line up could be together. If I'm not mistaken they only have 2 guaranteed signed players for next year, everyone else can opt out including Lebron. So now is the time to pull out all the stops….and get Bynum. Three peat!!
