COMC Mailbox Thread

I had a similar thing happen to me, and i contacted them through the site, it was because one of the cards they received was damaged I think we should be told this at the time before they commence the return to seller process.

Mine was different.
As the cards were not licensed issued, they couldn't process them on the site so they will send them too me in my next shipment

I got a reply, the graded cards is were I got mistaken with pricing, it costs $2 per card for processing (1 week processing) and $1 each for delivery

My understanding was $.25c each per card for processing and the same for delivery, but that's for cards not oversized ie graded cards :cry:

My mistake, but honesty not worth it for graded cards at all, and most my cards will be graded :(
 
Wondering if anyone can help me out here. I just logged into my COMC account to find my account -$10 and my mailbox processing begun. I haven't asked for it to be done and it isn't due to start automatically until August 27. I'm still waiting on more to arrive to I don't really want it to happen yet. Who do I contact about this or what's the process to have this looked into? I was also hoping to process it with the prize I got from the competition on here when I am ready to go too but that hasn't come in either

This may have been answered already , but; if I purchase cards from the COMC.com listings, will I need to pay a processing fee? Or will they go straight into my 'holdings/stock'?

Yer, it did the same thing to me when I entered 5 different combinations of 10 digits in there... So I gave up trying to actually put my number in there and I think I just put 0000 0000 0000 and it finally worked.:rolleyes:
 
Hi all, being a COMC.com virgin. I am nervous waiting to receive notice that any of my US purchases have shown up at my mailbox. :eek:

My first few purchases sent to the mailbox have shown in the tracking advice; confirmed delivered on the 23/08 but as yet, no emails.

Do I have to configure something in the Dashboard>Submissions section? :confused:
