COMC Mailbox Thread

Hi Matt! After the cards have been processed, they'll be available for viewing in your Inventory Manager. On the Actions dropdown menu, there's an option marked "Add to Shipment" - choose that option for that card. When you've marked all the cards you want sent to you, then you can click the "Request Items to be Shipped" button. That takes you to the "Request Shipment" page and you can set your shipping preferences from there.

Let me know if you have any other questions! Thanks!

Thanks for the help mate, mine also said that one item would be returned so does that get sent back with my shipment of other cards? Also i read about one touches and that the cards would stay in a one touch and be sent in that, just trying to confirm that one of my cards will be sent in a one touch and i dont have to contact you guys for that to happen?

thanks matt

Hey Matt! Returns are handled by a different group of folks here, and sometimes the coordination between shipping and returns isn't quite there. Meaning you'll get the cards you ordered in one shipment, and your returns in another. Now, the process has gotten a lot better recently - in that we'll send a customer's cards (returns and all) at the same time, but sometimes we do still end up sending 2 envelopes.

And, if a card is received in a one touch or sealed case, it stays in that case. You don't have to contact us about those.

Thanks!

Hi Moe

My dashboard > Inventory manager - I don't see anything in mine although there are about 18 items I have received so far. Not that it matters to me, because ill be replying to the email notification and requesting all sent to me, but am I missing an option to view my received cards? Also, if I wanted to purchase a few from COMC and add it to the ones I had received into my mailbox I'd probably need to sort out this issue actually - add to cart - request shipment etc

Thanks!

Hi mat2323; there are different fees, depending on what you're trying to sell. We have them all listed on our website.

I
f you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask - we might be a little slow in responding, since we're on the other side of the international date line. ;-)

for example, i have a one card of jordan worth 50 cents, i want to advertise it for a month, just the standed ad, the cheapest on, what would it cost me?

It doesn't quite work like that.

To sell on COMC, you need to physically send them the cards. Then you pay the processing fee as @Moe@COMC posted above. It then goes into your inventory after processing and you can set a price on the card.

So you can't just list a card for a month, and selling only one 50c would be cost prohibitive. You'd be at least $10 out of pocket after postage, processing etc.

so in other words all the main sets with cards worth not much pretty much have to stay their cause its not even worth selling them lol

I just got the following email from COMC

"We finished processing your shipment of 19 items, Batch #(Deleted). 2 items are being returned, and 17 items have been added to your account."

Does anyone know what they would mean by two returned items? And will they be returned to me, the eBay seller etc? I have no idea, I sent @Moe@COMC a message as well

I sent Comc an email regarding the fees, I'm trying to work it out, all without luck

Total 38 cards, 25 of them are graded cards,

I got charged processing fee twice, once when I got email they will process my cards, top of my head it was $12+
Now I got charged another $31.50 processing fee after a week to complete processing,

And when I go to ship my cards, the delivery charge is $31.25,

This sound normal??

I had 1 graded cards on my mailbox, when I try to get it ship they charging another extra $1.

Hi...there is an extra $1 fee because it's a graded card, since it's in a sealed case. The extra weight and size of the card does require extra postage and packaging.

I had a similar thing happen to me, and i contacted them through the site, it was because one of the cards they received was damaged I think we should be told this at the time before they commence the return to seller process.
