2013 ESP Elite NRL Cards Thread (Updated 5/8/13)

I have had same problem...... Took them 4 weeks to reply to 2 emails regarding damage cards in the first instance.
Twice i was told they would be posted the next day.
After a 9 week period i was finally told the following.

Unfortunately all the signature cards I have for Nathan Green have been signed in the same place and therefore I haven’t issued a replacement for this one.

The other cards I couldn’t see too much damage however I have replaced these for you.

I just asked if they could replace for one where the signature was more centered and was not signed on a angle through his printed name.
So they are telling me all the cards for Nathan Green were all like this.

Wished i had thought to scan the cards before i sent back because they were either cornered or scratched and i did not bother sending the 100 odd base cards that were damaged i only sent back inserts.
Was not really worried about the fact it did not get replaced what got up my goat :goat: was that it took 9 weeks and several emails to get to this point.

I never had these problems with select they always replaced everything without question and very promptly.

Dave I can't believe you had the cheek to send a card back to ESP that was not damaged just because you did not like where the player signed it.

was kind of thinking the same thing, but in saying that if i was esp i wouldnt of paid him, i bets that not anywhere near the signature he puts on the cheques

I notice a couple of people with the same issue. Just to show that there are cards with his signature in the right place.....

Dont Agree with you i did not think asking for one that was not signed through the printed part of his name was asking to much.
Anyway i have had a gut full of this Esp Company.
They lie constantly the service in even trying to get cards replaced is ridiculous...... I received replacement cards back today most were the original cards i sent in the first instance so almost 9 weeks to get back damaged cards (what a joke)

I agree that they have a lot to learn WRT servicing the customers needs for damaged cards. But to expect a company to replace a card just because you don't like where it is signed is a bit much to ask.

i hope the tigers future stars is luke brooks saw him play last night and would happily have him in first grade already and get rid off benji he was terrible

Dave i explained to esp in the first instance what my problem with the card was and they told me to send it back.
It wasn't like i sent card back demanding another.
My apologies Dave it was not my intention to have a go at you..... it was a bit of built up frustration at esp.

I am surprised at how many people are saying how good value this release is. ESP do have a brief history of not delivering what they market prior to release.

What about the Young Guns last release that went from 1 every 2 boxes to 1 every 7 boxes and the fact that they were going to be numbered and then were released with without numbering.

What about the Heritage cards?

I don't think there was a sell sheet for the Traders release?
