This is true but it is also less expensive to upgrade stats this year... For example Speed used to be 4000-5000SP per upgrade this year it is 500-600SP so you do get about 10x less SP but everything is about 10x cheaper too in the way of stats.

Dunk packages etc. are expensive though.

Yeah spose that's true huh! I do like the way they've done the dunk packages tho. Not a fan of the clothing and stuff you can purchase that cost an arm and leg. And what about the diamond packages, they're like 2000MSP!! REAL money!

You can also buy VC off the play station store, it's pretty cheap.

Jeez we'll done! I have no idea how you get a stat line like that from the my player rating you start with. My guy is now rated 75 and i still wouldn't get a stat line that big!

Actually now I look at it, it's just the rebounds I would struggle with, I'm a fair bit shorter. And you probably played much more efficient then I usually manage to

Yeah the points is the easy bit, just look to score on every trip you get the ball. Stuff passing it! If you get doubled (which happens after you get 25+) get some dimes to rack the Team Rating up.

Any position other than C, it's easy to grab the boards, just when a shot goes up, crash! Sometimes hang off your man and time it so when the ball-handler HAS to shoot (2-1 seconds), run in. They don't have time to find your open player for the shot, so you are free to rebound.

The blocks I got were pretty freaky, and I got lucky.

Being 6'7" helped... ha ha.

yeah im only 6'1 so rebounds are a hassle, and what ive found is the computer seems to get an insane amount of offensive rebounds, it doesnt seem right. and if you let your man get an offensive rebound then score on you...man that kills your rating! itll easily happen to me several times a game! i gotta improve my rebounding and post defense stats id say even though there not the most important things for a 6'1 pg to be thinking about.

nah not yet, I've been playing quite a lot and no issues.. maybe it's a ps3 issue?
