NRL Finals & End Of Season Thread

Went to the Rugby League Museum at the sfs today ... it's not huge, but there's a lot of cool stuff.

I recommend all Cronulla fans visit though ... It's got the Amco Cup on display!!!

Broncos to win the comp next year:D.... I have been moving house and i did not even get the chance to watch any games on the weekend.... But i did see Beale drop the ball stone cold in the first 6 mins which then cost us a try!!!! Look out Dragons here he comes....

So who thinks Souths will comeback strong this weekend after that miserable display last week?
I'm hoping we will but not too confident after the past 30 years of disappointment i've been through supporting this team haha

I think they will win. Raiders will miss Croker. Losing a player in such good form is tough. Especially for a team that seems to ride the waves of emotion more than your average team! Plus Souths couldn't play that badly two weeks in a row could they??

I can understand the Taufua try as Benefit of the Doubt (and made up for the shocking knock-on call against Taufua that led to the Cowboys second try) but as a Sea Eagles fan I have to admit that second Oldfield try was a knock on by Foran.

All I can say after watching that game tonight is, Congratulations to the players. They have had an outstanding 2012. There has been some great footy played. And, Thanks to the referees for bringing the game into disrepute week after week, game after game. They have single handedly ruined the 2012 season IMO.

So I guess Toovey won't be blowing up about the refs this week. Shocker.
he still will

Manly coach Geoff Toovey admitted his side got the rub of the green in the second half and sympathised with Henry.

However, he was equally unhappy with the decision that went against his side for the Cowboys' second try, claiming Taufua was stripped of the ball, with referee Shayne Hayne penalising the winger for a knock-on.

Kiwi international Foran insisted he didn't touch the ball as he jumped up with Thurston in the build up to the fourth try and said he was confident it would be awarded.

"I jumped up for it and Thurston kind of went for it at the same time, I didn't feel my hand touch it so he must have got a hand to it," Foran said.

whoever said the tafua try was a try? do you even watch league. that was the biggest double movement i have ever seen in my life. im disgusted , theres no other word for it. the game was that shit. and ruined by the poof's in the pink shirts.
