Well my first order arrived from Borderlinx today. The DHL driver rang me on my mobile, was out the back couldnt get to the front door so he asked me if I wanted him to slip all ten packages under the front door. I didnt realise that theyd all be sent individually! Still for the price of delivery $35 all up you cant complain. Highly recommend this service..

Yeah got mine today 16 out of 17 parcels waiting for one bigger parcel to arrive didnt realise that they werent re packaged and sent individually as well and the courier loves me as they get paid per parcel they deliver so 16 to one house would be like doing 2 hours of work for him. Mine cost $125 all up but I had a couple of boxes of cards and bits and pieces was very happy.

This sounds pretty cool, not sure if this has been brought up, but what happens then if a card doesnt arrive?
Or if someone sends the wrong card? Would there be any issues with paypal disputes?

Yeah I have wondered about that too. Got one damaged card today . But at borderline they open your package and check it is there as described for you. I paid $10 for full insurance from borderlinx to me.

Well actually I only opened all my packages after posting this. Turns out I got sent someone elses package in one envelope! When I first set my account up I stuffed up the BL address on my new ebay account, so had some going into their non-itemised dispatch. Looks like someone else did the same and Ive ended up with 2 Past & Present commons that will need returning. SPoke to BL via their chat help site tonight, which is brilliant, and theyre going to sort out arranging pickup of wrong package via DHL.

So when youre buying multiple items from ebay, i guess its best not to leave it for longer than 30 days after
the first purchase then? in the event that there is an issue, you only have 45 days from payment to file a dispute..

Sounds like itd be ok to use on low end cards, but maybe not on high end stuff then?

On the site not over the phone. Can insure it. High end cards would be fine but longest you can store at borderlinx is 30 days otherwise you pay. I sent 17 parcels off Monday after 28 days so I had enough time through eBay and PayPal in case of dispute.

Just letting everyone know I will be closing my Borderlinx account, bunch of useless pricks.Partially delivered my order and then said they partially delivered the rest of my order when no one was home and said it was signed for. I asked for verification and they said maybe a neighbour signed for it.

Have lost one of my items and are now blaming another lost item on a member here as they reckon he claimed them.

Might be checking out shipto and others any recommendations?

The operator in customer care couldnt help me, then started getting frustrated with me so I nearly lost my shit at him. Saying its not rocket science to deliver a parcel. Will be going with someone else after this cant have things missing and getting delivered to others.

His excuse was Dave claimed my items, then said we have lots of people names like yours and cant track on names I said my name isnt nothing like Dave's and its not like a Andy Smith or something common.

Weird. I had a Jordan rookie go missing at the borderlinx end and the customer service guy was first class in finding it for me. Also 10+ deliveries that have been perfect. That sucks.

How could they not know Mr P!
