Again ESP again after talking to me for 15 minutes late last week were going to get back to me about their new series coming out in September.why am I wasting my time I am doing the gold coast show August 31st and 1 & 2nd of September arranging current n.r.l players to make a appearance would this not be a good place for promotional cards to be handed out over theses 3 days names will be bought out closer to the time as I already got a Queensland and Australian current player will make a appearance.
Right now I am 50/50 weather to stock their cards because I beleive they are wasting my time.
With the shop still open in Fortitude valley warehouse to open within the next 3 months out near Ipswich and looking at opening a second shop mid next year as I wasting my time with ESP.

sunshine collectables have listed the pre sale on ebay $140 a box 18 pkts a box 8 cards per packet...$1400 a case 10 boxes...being released in the 1st or 2nd week of september..
i think 72 base cards and 72 parralel cards...and a set of 6 captain sigs, jersey cards and 1 double sig card..im pretty sure theres alo sig redemptioncards for match balls????....

I'd agree, but they are also signed, which imo adds a lot of value.
Looks like a quality set, and also sounds like they're gonna try for game worn, which is really all we can ask. Very impressive first-up release!!!

Get any other nuggets of info from him?
He said it was an 840 Case release. I asked him about the ratios but he said he couldn't tell me off the top of his head and the info would be with the sell sheet on Monday. He said that they have already pre-sold 2/3rds of the release.
I have more info on what their plans are for the structure of the NRL card market as well as some details on their planned releases over the next 18 months. I recorded it in my phone so i will go back through it after dinner.
He said that they really wanted to do a release in September because it gave collectors something current. He said collectors have had to deal with products that are over a year old in the past (thinking a reference to how Select use previous seasons to do current seasons eg CPOY, TOTY cards). It is clear that they have had long conversations with retailers...seems retailers are going to have a lot of sway with this company from the observations that i made.
