I,m no expert on these tracking numbers, but dont they only show up when item arrives in your post office, I know all mine do, I believe some of them are limited to how many times you can attempt to access them also. correct me if I am wrong

I bet you he has sent JUST one set and because it is registered can prove you got it.
This doesn't account for the second set so I would film it for sure AND leave a Negative Feedback if you get ripped!

This is true! It depends if the Post Office register it when it is first handed in (Mine does this).
I bet you he has sent JUST one set and because it is registered can prove you got it.

that's not correct, it has to be scanned at point of sale full stop, that's what acivates it into the system.
after that all registered mail just goes through the same system as other mail, until the postie delivers, then he scans again.
