He could give full refund or atleast send the set he has plus refund the set he doesnt have, plus postage costs. But he is trying/hoping to make the buyer feel guilty and wear half the loss.

He has not replaced anything, its more delay tactics, and even if he replaced 1 set out of the 2, which i would accept, he still needs to refund the money for the other set...

dealt with him on over 20+ occasions, never really had a problem, he definetly calls a spade a spade though and can come across very rude.... dont have any problems buyign fromh im again. Just imagine how many emails he gets a day, u would probly get tired of it also....
If he hasnt sent it registed post then he should admit his mistake.... though it clearly looks like he has tried to replace your cards etc, what else can he do?? Its not like he has done a runner on you and not respoding etc...

I have never trusted that guy only because he always puts his username across his photos just in case someone wants to use the pics for themselves!

Absolutely, if he hasnt sent the 2nd set again, and cant provide the rego number for the original, then there needs to be a refund..... how long has this been going on?? 1 week 2 weeks?? a month??

I dont have a problem with it but at the end of the day he does not own the copyright to the card or the picture in the card.

I don't mind it. How many people claim to own cards that they don't and then stuff people around with potential trades or outright fraud. If everyone prevented scans from being used then world would be safer place.

He can do as he pleases with his listings, i have no problem with that at all.

He is obviously paranoid about something as there are more valuable cards with photos listed!

I just dont like his listings because of that fact and have never nor will ever bid on his items.

buy all my 9 pocket pages off him, cheapest anywhere and delivered in 2 days with free delivery can't ***** about that, having said that wouldn't buy cards off him as they are overpriced. good luck with a satisfactory resolution

"Listen here, you have avoided giving me the reg number, you said you were going to send me another set, you have done nothing but stall, if you can't produce the reg number in your next reply i will raise a paypal claim and don't threaten me smart ass or you will find that i will be mentioning this on all the card forums as well..
