Beware eBay seller dj23dj

This is just a heads up on the seller dj23dj he is also a member here but hardly comes on only has 8 post in 4-5 years.
I purchased 2 items from him
*2009 NRL Classic club player of the year set of 16 $25 + 3 postage
*2009 NRL Classic 2008 Team Of The Year set of 9 $20 + 3 postage
he charged me $51 with reg post, i paid on the 14/11/11
So far nothing, we have had eBay message exchange's and all he is doing is stalling , i have know raised a paypal dispute...

i have not received anything, so its not my fault, you charged me for registered post, did you send registered post??, im not paying $51 for 1 set, this is not my issue either you send me both sets, or if you can't then send me 1 of the sets, which ever one you have and refund the difference +$3postage.. if you reg item which you charged me for, then you should have a reg number, which can trace the whereabouts of the item...

Yeah I did mate. Took a week to sort an easy problem and he wanted it done his way, despite the fact he was in the wrong. He got pretty nasty in the end.

Im not into NRL, but is it possible the items sold too cheaply, and thats the reason he isn't sending? He will relist them soon?

Otherwise I have no idea what the tosser is trying. He owes you a FULL refund. Simple. He either wears the loss for sending unregistered or he makes a claim with Oz post if he really did register it. Its a no brainer.

Maybe he tries this on people and the odd person just gives up and doesn't both seeking a refund.

I'd be weary of accepting anything off him now. How do you know his "second set" is same condition? Or that you will even get what you won? He could send junk(registered) and fck you right up. He is to be avoided.

I like how he only wants to send ONE set, then when you call him on it, he says you wrong and goes on to clarify that he is only sending ONE set. Peanut.

he has 18000+ feedback 99.8% but check out his neg/neutral comments his rudeness is apparant...

I also issues with them before.

They sent damaged cards and it was a pain in the balls dealing with them. They only seemed to reply after I had sent multiple messages and when I was still waiting for replacements got accused of trying to scam them. It took about a month and a half to receive my replacement cards.

I would never buy anything off them again as well.

dealt with him on over 20+ occasions, never really had a problem, he definetly calls a spade a spade though and can come across very rude.... dont have any problems buyign fromh im again. Just imagine how many emails he gets a day, u would probly get tired of it also....
If he hasnt sent it registed post then he should admit his mistake.... though it clearly looks like he has tried to replace your cards etc, what else can he do?? Its not like he has done a runner on you and not respoding etc...
