Worst card 'investment' you ever made.

Choosing Kyle Korver to collect?

Nah, I don't think I've really bought much at all for investment...maybe my Ronnie BRewers, which failed, but even that had an interest/attachment to it rather than straight out money.

I think if cards are bought as an "investment", then you really shouldn't call it a hobby...

Ha buying LBJ RC's they seem to have fallen off in the last year :(

Not that i bought them as investments but still now im trying to sell them im getting reamed!

When he was named MVP, his RC's were red hot! They usually tend to drop off during the season. Don't be overly suprised if they picked up again during the playoffs!

Yeah i think the problem was i bought these leading upto the finals last year and with the Cav's running so hot probably drove the prices up

Exactly, expect the same situation this yr, Bron is in good form again! Maybe you should hold onto them till the playoffs?

Yeah may hold the 2 i have left for a couple more months. Its crazy i havn't even had a bite at less than ebay prices

I am hella keen on that rookie refractor Nick!

Anyway we could work out a part trade/part cash? Got that kobe and russell autos up for grabs. :)

Sadly i really only need paypal as im only selling to boost the MJ collection. If you sell the cards and get the cash together let me know ;)

Yeah I had about 10 enquries but no-one replys to PM's...its sad really. You simply cannot sell high end cards on this site. Everyone expects bargain basement prices.
