New York - CSNNW.com has learned that the Portland Trail Blazers are close to bringing back guard Steve Blake in the reported three-team deal.
A source who's familiar with the talks says “if it's not done, it sounds close.”
In the deal, Jamal Crawford would go to the Minnesota Timberwolves, Michael Beasley to the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Trail Blazers would receive Blake.

Dont mind that deal if we can get an upgrade at the PG spot.

Howard stays in Orlando...gets his $18mil option or watever it is, then next season he goes to OKC for Westbrook....maybe?? Lol

More importantly, the second unit now looks like:
Fish
Goudelock
MWP/Barnes
McRoberts
Murphy

Stronger in D and offensive output...the subs have been getting smashed lately, so this added depth is critical to us advancing in the playoffs.

No way Lakers will get much in any trades, they have the worst contracts of almost every team in the NBA

I'm a bit surprised the Lakers did that to Fisher, but oh well. Do Lakers still need another PG?

Love the Spurs trade, definately an upgrade there. R.J kills me, I always rated him but he just never really fit with the Spurs (especially for that price). Jack plays D and is up for taking the big shot. He's gonna be valuable.

I feel for Wallace getting moved all the time coz he is a flat out gun.
