Who would you pick for SOO NSW?

based on the city vs country game yesterday, I would drop Graham and put cartwright in, he played soo well yesterday, Gray, Siezer and mansour played well but I just can't see laurie picking them, and I believe J Morris will get picked due to his ability to be able to subdue inglis

Dylan Walker (Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles)
Aaron Woods (Wests Tigers)

Development player: Bryce Cartwright (Penrith Panthers)

I'm suprised Dylan Wlker is there, wouldn't have guessed him. I would drop him and Frizell (frizell has been playing well and consistent for st george but dont know if he could carry that over to state of origin) insaying that though if Cartwright didn't have a thumb injury, I would of had him their and dropped Jackson

I'm so done. Reynolds should be utility because of aggressiveness tackling efficiency potential playmaker and origin material. Really tempted to ask bob McCarthy and Fulton why walker has been selected in my next mailday

I am very bias and not a Blues supporter but I can't see how Croker continually misses out. He is consistently good week in week out, kicks at over 80%, great kick chaser and quality on high attacking kicks and his defence has improved out of sight. For a coach of Bennetts caliber to label him as one of the best defensive centers in the comp is a solid rap.

NSW have lost 9/10 series and always talk about blooding new players, Croker would be a great option for generation next

I agree, and I will bring up hazem el masri up once again as the mirror image of Croker. Both great goalkickers, solid week in week out, never get injured so reliable, and have the occasional defensive/attacking spark. Croker will be just like El Masri and Nathan Merrit. both players were outstanding in their prime but when finally called up for NSW, became far too old. Luckily for El Masri, Game 3 of 2007 was a victory with him slotting 3 goals from the sidline and a try, despite already losing the series. merrit was far from luckly, losing 26-6 or smth like that, never ever again put into origin contention. We should all feel sorry for Croker as he is a great player, who is very consistent and reliable. however I bet that he will make his debut in 2019 or beyond.

Not an "origin" player, apparently.

Pfft. Fulton must use blues jerseys as TPAs.

Far out. The Blues need to make up their team with enforcers: klemmer, bird, gallen and entertainers: Tedesco (injured) etc. dylan walker is none. HE IS SO USELESS.bob fulton is just biased.

Besides Cartwright has withdrew due to a thumb injury i believe. The new developement player will be named.

Im a QLD fan but i am holding my judgement on Walker, i actually think he can be quite usefull

Wonder if they got Greg Bird and Jack Bird mixed up though haha

Why not let the fans pick origin teams... Love to see Croker playing.

Wonder if Cartwright would have withdrawn if he was in the 17

Not a raving fan of the side but happy enough to support them. Walker must have had selection as part of his contract when he went to Manly.

Given next year we should finally loose Gallen, Farah and Bird I can see some light at the end of the tunnel.

Ross

WALKER HAS THE GREATEST UTILITY VALUE EVER. 9 TACKLES, 1 RUN 9 METRES, 1 STUPID STUPID ERROR. AND SOME PEOPLE THOUGHT HE WAS GOOD.

Bit tough to blame walker when he gets 10 minutes game time. Should have been on around 20 to go
His purpose was never made clear. He's more of an outside back/five eigth if you try and be nice, but he should have sat on the bench for 80 minutes like josh reynolds when he made his debut. I thought klemmer and fifita's attitude was great today. They should have finished the game.

Personally think Klemmer should be dropped
