Dont take this the wrong way but why didnt you contact him first and try to remedy this without outing him on the boards?
so he gets away with breaking the site rules? how would he "remedy" it?

Why don't you take a photo of what was sent to you and let the mods be the judge of it. Fair call everybody?

What - people have no right to explain themselves? At least contact a mod first and get them involved before running on the boards outing people.

At the end of the day.... feedback is meant to be your 'summary' of your experience. It should not be a matter of 'perfect or not' but a simple case of 'was I satisfied with the transaction'?
As soon as you posted this thread, it shows that you weren't satisfied or else you wouldn't have needed to ask anyone else. I just think that you have a soft side that is worried about leaving a mark on someone else!
Two cents delivered!
well, i havent outed anyone. His name hasnt been mentioned. plus, im not looking for the situation to be remedied? How could it be? He cant re-send me the cards the proper way?!
so contacting him couldnt have fixed the situation. I knew if i did send him a message, id be telling him all the things he done wrong, and he couldve easily taken that the wrong way and it would have spiralled downward from there.

again. No ones been outed?!
mods have made their call, it's in the site rules and in the flashing banner!
What I meant was that the MODS are the ones that give the negative feedback and not sgt pepper. Makes a difference where that negative feedback came from.
Its pretty easy to work out from the sales threads who it was. Perhaps you should follow the rules by marking the saled thread as having a problem and contact the mods. Once again dont take it personal.
No that's where your wrong, sgt_pepper‎ gives the neg fb... not sure where you got that from?!
Don't agree entirely. sgt_pepper would have his chance to provide negative feedback. But he has a choice not to. Feedback is voluntary regardless whether positive or negative.
That is where the MODS step in because they are the ones that set the rules.

That's precisely where we are at currently, he is making up his mind about if he should or shouldn't! Not sure where you think he's at mate. Not having a go at you personally champ!
I really think that this a healthy debate.
I was sort of thinking ahead and not of current situation. What if sgt_pepper elects not to leave a negative feedback. Does the MODS have the power then to enforce the rules set for us? if they cannot enforce that rule, anyone of us could be the next victim of a crappy delivery because we do not know that he has done that before. Does anybody know that question? Does the MODS have the power then to enforce the rules set for us?
When they break site rules blatantly, then no they don't deserve a chance to explain themselves.... It's not like it's a hidden rule, it's plastered ALL OVER the site.....
I'm sure they do but doubt they would overwrite your choice...
