UFC Topps UFC Knockout - Series 5

Yeah I think with this case break I'll take my time and do as many pics as possible of all the various different sets in the series. Depending on how many there are in the case of course.

Quite hogging all the Elliot Marshall cards!

I always think the more pics the better when it comes to box breaks of new products.

Base/Inserts/ Hits all interesting to see when the product is fresh!
 
aww, that's crap. Noticed on the Topps site they finally shipped my remaining series 4 redemptions last week that i redeemed 4 months ago.
 
I've got my eye out for a case of this stuff. Having trouble finding somewhere that is selling cases and will ship to Aus. I usually get most OS stuff from Dacw but they don't seem to have any.

If anyone has already sourced the best deals out there plz let me know.

I wrote to DAcardworld yesterday about Knockout. Here is their response....

Pre-ordered my case of Series 5 from canadacardworld.com. Although they won't change the listed value for customs, they have agreed to split the case into two shipments of four boxes each (half a case) so each one will be well below the $1000 mark.

Still a chance that you will get stung for import tax even if they do that unfortunately.
I have my fingers crossed for you that it gets through ok.
 
Just watched a bunch of box breaks on youtube. It looks really cool. A guy pulled a A.Silva relic with the word SPIDER spelled out with relics, it was a 2/3 with sick patches... Also saw this AMAZING Gracie Prime Materials Auto i think it was called. it was only /50 but the patch was sickkkk. it was i think a logo from teh gracie academy or something. But it had the ROYC on it and a logo. very very very cool

But in general, it looks really great, no missing hits in the 12 boxes i saw. A couple even had a extra hit, not including the TUF autos.

Only gripe i would have is... There is a few redemptions i've seen, not alot, but they are there. But the really annoying thing is, that a few of them have been for the on card auto set... Which doesnt fill me with confidence that if they havent been signed now. that they will ever be...

But i cant wait to get this in hand. Hopefully on Monday. If not definitely at some point next week.
 
By the looks of the number of redemption cards that are already on eBay, series 5 has just as many redemptions as series 4. Maybe more.

And yet Knockout was delayed two or three months, and series 6 is supposed to be coming out in may.

Definitely won't be pre-ordering the next one.
 
Well to be fair to Topps. Theres also alot more hits involved too. But yeah, Redemptions suck balls.

Still, it looks like an awesome product with everythign numbererd. every box seemed to have somethign atleast /88 too.
