I heard the guy that normally sorts these PIF cards has been on leave for a couple of weeks and was back mid last week. Pretty sure they will start popping up in mail boxes in the next day or two....

very unprofessional, one would think that when taking someones money as a deposit for goods that one would have a relief person to take over the role while a person is on leave.
