I reckon if Cleary is one, given last year was his first season then Penrith might have two.

I base this upon the Tommy T and Ofangue sigs last year, they were both quite new to the NRL

Good pickup, I believe you will be right with both teams that have 2 sigs having a great up and coming youngster amongst the two.

Broncos definitely have two, SAS and Tallis legends and it wouldn't surprise me to see the Cows get the second SAS as if they are consistent with last year the extra two SAS were both younger players from a Sydney based club and a non Sydney.
