The official 2011-12 OKC Thunder thread!

The official OKC Thunder thread has only 2 pages ??? That's pretty pathetic guys.
I love the Thunder (I live In Tulsa) ... HUGE game tonight for them against Memphis (I was SO close to going but they got sold out ! :( ) ... I watch WAY too much NBA basketball  , so let me say ... The Spurs & Memphis are the only 2 teams In the West that will give OKC the most trouble. Memphis Is ALOT like OKC. They're young and mesh together perfectly with amazing team chemistry, and also took OKC to SEVEN games last Playoffs (without their star, Rudy Gay). I've watched them all this season and they're gonna really want to give It to OKC tonight (especially with the Playoffs right around the corner). The big teams are matching up against each other, to see where they stand before the Playoffs begin. These games mean quite a bit. I would love for OKC to win this game, but I also love Memphis ... CAN'T WAIT to watch Tony Allen on Durant & maybe even on Westbrook at times ... that'll be fantastic to watch ! ... But like I said, the Mavs just don't have their sh-t together after letting go of key guys. The Lakers are NOT going anywhere bright with "Coach" Mike Brown (who Is an Idiot). The Spurs could have a shot ... We'll have to see how they do. But Memphis & the Spurs ... OKC knows It too. (I made sure to e-mail them about It. "Dear OKC team, It's me again ... " ) ... That's my short rant ... Game time Innnnnnnnnnn ... 15 hours ... :kick:

WOW!! Talk about a statement week for OKC, blowing out the Heat and Bulls in the last week? OKC are the real deal, and I'm saying right now, the Durant/Westbrook/Harden combo, I'll take anyday of James/Wade/Bosh!

Totally agree. Spurs are the only team out west that really worries me, with Memphis being a tough one too.

Was I right ? ... Yeah, I suppose I was. ... LOVE that Memphis team. ... Love OKC too ! ... Fantastic game all around though. ... They stopped OKC from what OKC DOES. Not many teams can do that ! They're young and mesh together perfectly ... and they play rough. OKC couldn't handle that tonight. ... Almost put a bullet In my head while listening to those 2 idiot OKC commentators ... I can't stand those guys.

I didn't watch the game, but checked out the end of it and damn, that Mayo three was the dagger all right! :( Not to mention they held us to 80 odd points.

Biggest game of the regular season tonight on ESPN. OKC @ Miami ... OKC just beat Miami IN OKC, now If they do that on the road ... then that'll be HUGE. This Is a statement game for the playoffs that are right around the corner. IF the Finals come down to OKC vs Miami ... think about how OKC will look back on these wins vs Miami ... while Miami looks back and remembers OKC beating the crap outta them ... 2 hours, can't wait.

Congrats you OKC supporters, what a team. Hopefully they win the rings this year. If it's Boston, it's yours, if it's Miami, I'd be a bit worried, but what a match up that will be.

Been a long long time since the best 2 players of the year at the same position have matched up in a finals series.

Nice to see Spurs cans come in and support our Thunder haha!! :D

Everything aside.... if I wasn't a Spurs fan, I would probably be on OKC or Milwaukee! They are the 2 other teams I like to watch. Bucks not so much now that Bogut is gone. I just wich OKC was in the East so I could go for both during the playoffs! lol

They're just band-wagoners...:red:

Wow! Incredible insight Bainy! What gave it away? My post in the playoff thread that said "I'm gonna get on the OKC bandwagon for a couple of weeks!"?? :p

Oh shut up you sour lemon. Aren't you supposed to have no power right now you Perthian?!

hahaha! I wrote to Western Power and asked for a free loan generator, just so I had enough power to log on and make note of your attempt at trollling which really only earned you the title of 'Cap'n Obvious'!

PS - Perth is the second windiest city in the world, which means that our houses (mostly) are built to handle storms, and particularly 'THUNDER'! Shame they don't build them like that in San Antonio! ;)
