2012-13 Panini Brilliance - Another cool looking set this one with a foil and embossed finish. The backgrounds on the base cards look very similar to Origins. Panini used to have so much more creativity in their products than what they have today i think.

2012-13 Panini Past & Present - Fun looking, low-end set this one and there's a lot more to it than shown here. I wish we still had this instead of Donruss personally. Nice PC hit here for me to with the David Lee!

I look at this Status set whilst remembering those sets from the 2012-13 season and wonder how Panini could go this far backwards? And i think the answer is that these sets are so much cheaper to produce. There's less artwork involved and less technology. Simple! But sad at the same time.
