The base cards are still meh, i'm not changing that opinion but yes, the Refractors look much nicer!

2008-09 Upper Deck MVP - Not bad looking base design for MVP. Like the rookie card design, the Team MVP subset looks crap, the Kobe card looks good but it appears there are far too many of them (this is numbered #66)... and as for that Ron Artest 029/100 "Gold Script" is not even a real auto

I've tried to stick as much as possible to products here that actually have a base rc as opposed to the base rc being a numbered mem/ auto. Some other products were simply far too expensive, for example, i'm not paying US$400 for a pack of regular Topps in this lifetime!
