I'd rather have north v south, east and west is already in nba and I think the other option wouldn't be good. I'm planning to go to the all star game. Is dunk contest coming back to?

I don't think it matters much if it is West vs East or South vs North, but I agree Aus vs Imports/Kiwis is not good.

I don't know about the dunk contest, but for a change there is probably some decent young players who could actually make it exciting (Walker, Abercrombie, Creek, Bartlett)

There is rumours going around that the Gold Coast Blaze will be handing back their licence and the NBL will go back to 8 teams next season. Interesting if true.

The NBL released this statement regarding the Gold Coast Blaze today:

However there is a rumour tonight that the Blaze have been shut down by their owners and they will not compete in the NBL next season.

Petrie in talks with Adelaide and another club.
Goulding in talks with Wollongong and another club
Dillion in advanced talks with one NBL club.

According to Boti Nagy, Gibson and Petrie are going to Adelaide, Goulding to Melbourne.

Looks like we will get Petrie and Gibson!! Very happy if that goes through!!! Twin towers and a good young group if guards with crosswell as the vet looks better then last year already!
