RL Cardz..

I had the 2003 Sharks set and they looked like they were printed off a Commodore 64.
I ended up giving them away after paying around $70 from memory.

Quite right - for the sake of accuracy let me withdraw my "home made cards" comment and instead use the following description.....

Unlicensed, unauthorised, using someone else's copyrighted images, made on a computer (but not necessarily at home, perhaps in an office) and printed in a printing shop (not on a Commodore 64) cards.

Hows that?

Any yes before the haters jump on me I am having a laugh here.

its been 5 and 1/2 months since my last Cigarette and i still design these mock ups as a means to an end....its fun and others enjoy looking at them too :)
 
Would we all be lying if we didn't say we designed mockups, as a graphic designer I'm always designing mock ups, never thought about getting them printed in a print shop, might for the pc now I've seen this idea.
 
Yeah i just checked out your eels project loved em mate, ive mocked up a few here and there but i wanna make a set now and get them printed for my PC, will throw some pics up in a thread later for sure.

And yeah i love my cards, although still a small collection atm just getting back into it had to sell my collection a few years back so really trying to go hard pick up where i left off

Thats wierd hahaha i am in the position now where i have to sell of my collection as well.... :( everything except for the club release stuff they are the hardest to come by out of all them...i will get it going again in a while :)

I can't judge of course... I have cowboy sets.... But I didn't fork out that much...... I think the most I paid was $22 for a set....... And for the quality.... Probably worth less... Lol...

I do wonder how disappointed the buyer will be....

picked up a Storm set of these as Smith is in it and they arrived today, hence my research and finding this old thread.

never seen such a fuzzy picture on a card lol
