Looks like I'll get a scheduled game in with Spurs now they have a new owner
But Vikkit (Orlando) is ignoring my messages so can't see us coinciding for a game...if he'd reply so I knew when to get on though...

Got my game done with the new Spurs owner last night I like his style, knows the game well, good at getting his shots and worked well inside with Bogut. Unfortunately his shots weren't dropping well. He started strong but and I'll admit I was probably scoring more than normal in the paint early, not that I wasn't trying to shoot from outside! Mo was 0/8 from the field at 1 point...and Martin scored maybe 17 of his 19 in the 2nd half! Andy V's scrapping D was awesome, 4 points, 4 boards, 3 steals and 3 blocks, while Noah took player of the game honours with 10 points, 6 boards, 3 assists. a steal and 4 blocks. My bench carried me, 39 off the bench, Yi with 15.
Gotta say though, highlight of the game was Eric Gordon's Ally-Oop Dunk! And then later in the game he did the triple (likely double but felt like triple) clutch lay-up! Very nice plays

Just got a game done against Alidrew in season 2.
Came away with an 11 point win, blew it out to 15 or so in the last quarter.
He gave me a run, I hadn't played a game in about 3 or 4 weeks prior to the game so I was a bit worried. Scored only 14 points in the first quarter, very rusty!
My outside shots weren't dropping, had to go inside a little more than I would have liked - but like I said, I was very rusty.
Pulled away in the by 8-10 points once or twice but he kept bringing it back. Brandon Roy is very hard to guard.
Roy and Gay dueled, scoring 39 and 42 apiece. Brooks struggled shooting again but made the most of his quickness to sneak inside form some buckets and in transition. Al Jefferson played pretty well.

the score doesn't show it but the game was close for 3 quarters. definitely wasn't about to lose the game by jacking up 3's when i couldn't hit them lol with 11 attempts.
Rusty is 1 thing but 80% in the paint is 80% in any language!Nice win though. Alidrew/itchiscrot is always a good contest for me. Thoroughly enjoy playing him

Finished up the playoffs against Digeze - so you boys can move on now to the next round.
Happy with the fact that it was a great series but kind of disappointed about the last quarter of game 3. I was in the lead the whole game and Digeze rallied back, but lag started hitting with about 3 minutes left in the 4th. I went to the line up 66-65 with Thad on my first offensive trip after the lag hit and the animations and controller just weren't lining up at the line. Ended up botching both free throws.
Not saying I would have won the game if the lag wasn't there, but disappointed about those free throws since the game was decided by 2 points with a final score of 71-69.
Only scored 9 points in the 4th, definitely let the lag get to me.
Couldn't hit a jumper just like yesterday against Alidrew, still a bit rusty it seems.
Didn't put me in a good position to win. Chris Paul 1/13 from the field, Delonte West 5/16.
Dwight Howard what a series. Truly dominated like he should after sweeping the MVP and Defensive POY Awards in the regular season.
In the series he averaged 29 PPG, 9.7 RPG, 3.0 BPG on 67% from the field. Including 8 dunks per game!

I didn't think about it before but how funny is it that the Thunder/Lakers played first round in the NBA and Thunder/Lakers played first round in S1. I was glad there was a different finish though
When are you around Benny? LMK when you're free i'll likely be able to fit games in to suit your schedule.

Will see if I can get a game tonight, but not counting on it! I'll be away all week and have a pub crawl next saturday starting midday, so likely next Sunday would be first available. Have been pretty good at getting games done despite my limited time, and it's good to know my trips end in 3 weeks, then I'm back properly
Got my Orlando game done today, due today. Started out well and it didn't stop. Martin was 15/19 from the field at one stage! Finished with 46 points on 19/28 shooting, 7/14 from downtown and only 14 in the paint (all fastbreak). Fastbreak was the game key. I scored 41 on the break. Mo had 29, 4 assists and 4 steals with 8/14 from downtown and Noah locked down again with 8 points, 7 boards and 5 blocks.
Rose had a nice double double with 10points 12 assists, but struggled from the field.
Good game mate, despite it's lop sided-ness. Final score 133-68.
Leaves me with only the Bulls, Jazz and Rockets to play. Might now have sealed the top spot in the West

Well it got out to 20+ pretty quick (27-5 at one stage, then 39-13 quarter time) and then hovered around 25-30 point mark for a while, slowly blew out, then last quarter everything started dropping. Mo hit maybe 5 treys in the last. I wasn't forcing anything, I see and open shot and take it. Kick it round to the open man. Martin actually oddly missed maybe 3 wide open treys in the last! It just kept growing I guess.
