Ive caught 2 Snorlax. Both under 250cp. I haven't seen anything above 950cp in the wild

Whilst my arcanine was 1618 CP my fiancé spawned hers at 38 CP standing right next to me . Ouch.

I caught the 40CP Lapras, my son caught the same one at 1227CP

Is anybody else having Kangaskhan pop up everywhere? As of about 3 weeks ago up here they are on almost every corner. Without trying I'll pick up 2-3 a day.

Well one of my 2, 10km eggs yielded the goods today .... The other a Kabuto.

93 IV too, so I powered him up as much as I could.

Dang, Snorlax!! I've seen one and he bolted after the first ball! Still yet to see Lapras, too!

I did catch a Hitmonlee (albeit, 104CP). And we did catch a nice Exeggutor (1787CP), I LOL'd a lot, since I needed just 1 more Exeggcute to evolve him! ha ha. Also hatched another 10km egg, my second Kabuto, whom I evolved straight away into Kabutops (1142CP).

Up to 377 Magikarp Candy now, have 3 Magikarp in possession, a 144CP (the highest I've seen), a 141 with great IV, and a shitty 33CP one, another with great IV. Just tossing up which one to evolve when the time comes, and depending what I catch in the meantime.

I have never seen one and I am a fair way off my evolution.

Just hatched a Jinx, which I needed, from my 3rd 10km egg in 2 days. Overall really happy with these results.
Not quite the Lapras I was praying for but it will do.

Evolved into:

Gyrados

Hatched (had both already but big boost to the candy):
Omanyte (10km)
Ponyta (5km)

Worked up to about to evolve:
Charmeleon (20 candy away from Charizard)
Pikachu (7 candy away from Raichu)

Now at caught 115 seen 117

So I had Charmander as my Buddy for a while, up to 37 candy now, and managed to catch a wild Carmeleon (was only 201CP).

Switched him out for Magikarp for a while - back up to 100ish candy again after evolving Garydos, and will soon switch him out for Graveler so I can get Golem.

Getting ready to hatch another 10km egg, so excited! Really need something solid from this one aka Snorlax! ha ha.

Had Charmeleon as my buddy and did 66kms with him, switched him out for Graveller and got a Charmander hatch almost immediately.
So my Charmander candy is up to 60 now, still helluva long way to go.
Only need 3 more candies for my Golem evolution, then I will move on to Pikachu.

All the best with the Snorlax hatch, I was beyond happy with mine.

Picked up a Magnar today, also got a 10km egg from a pokestop.

Also evolved up to a Golem and Gengar.

Had been farming Pidgeys and rats, used a luck egg and added 60000xp to level me up to level 25.

Primeape spawned in the office last night just as I was leaving, was working my way towards evolving him, so that was cool!

I'll probably switch back to Charmander (might use Charmeleon just for a change) once I get Graveler evolved into Golem.

Discovered the Wifey has a cool Onix this morning, she had two at 108CP each (yay I know - still yet to see a decent one!!), and I renamed the "simply amazing" one so she knows to keep him. Hopefully might make a solid Steelix if/when available.

Having a world of issues with my phone and hunting, etc. Can't wait for the new one to arrive (ETA between Thursday this week and Wednesday next!! WTF!!)
