People backing out on deals

As graham said it was unfortunate indeed as that person could have easily have paid as all threads are visible even if you are not a registered site member. They were also low life enough to repeatedly alias under other names all of which have also been canned.

Iv been blocked by members on here coz i dont n this is the reason they cant understand no matter how much feedback u have u can always scam someone sad really i never would if somebuy buys or trade cards off me im so happy to get rid off it its usually ready before i do anything else

Yeah, well I still haven't sent the Beckett magazine from our deal.
He now either wants his money back (although he paid through eCheque, not gift as specified)
I'll probably just refund his money, as I'd hate to have a Paypal claim filed against me and not have the mag or the money (although I'm not sure if you can claim via eCheque).

Isn't this the epitome of hypocrisy? From what I've seen, hes cancelled or not fulfilled his obligations in multiple deals. He's constantly lied to members. Been banned 3 times, and even created a fourth account.
I will refund his money or send the magazine (I prefer to send the mag) but I just need to see that he won't file a claim with paypal and get his funds back upon receiving it.
Anyone know if you can do this via eCheque? I'm not sure if that has buyer protection.

i bought from him the Jordan Scoring kings and Jordan refractor. Said he posted them but then never came. I waited two weeks then he refunded me. The day after i got the refund he said the cards just arrived back to him he put the wrong address. I asked to see evidence that he received them and what address he put but said he threw the envelope away and is now keeping the cards
He never had the cards i believe and tried to rip me off.

That's pretty funny given you have 4 trade threads and all four are completed.I have had people back out of deals even when a trade thread was done
