Like you said, at least the guys was honest about the Bron! With the Foye, the Logoman is defintely not from a jersey, way too small, and I only recal that jerseys were used unless stated on the card!

im pretty sure within the big game set (the foye), draft day ball memorabilia is included,
as the logo looks plastic rather than material.
I'd be leaning towards real,
as the 1/1 versions have the jersey logoman, so there is still the ball logo i guess?
