fact is collectors are stuck with them as they need something to fill the packets,
get rid of them all together, reduce the the amount of cards per pack and the cost per pack. Here is a question for everyone, would you be happy to forgo your 1 per pack parallel and only have one set falling 1 in 4 packs?
Serious question!

Start the set of with Nth qld, then the broncos, all the way done the table to last as they finnished in the comp, at least that way everybody knows what year they finnished.
That was pretty much tried (1 in 3 packs) with 2012 LE. I didn't mind it but those packs were way too expensive given the other limited (and unnumbered - since addressed) inserts in the set.

I guess the main question is, if Traders stayed at $3.99 a pack (cant see it going down at all) and you got 9 base cards only would you be happy?
I mean even if you knock back the parallels to 1:3 packs there will be 12 of those a box plus probably 8 - 10 other inserts ......lets say 20 inserts in a 36 pack box.
That's 16 packs without any inserts. Would the casual punter/collector be happy with this?
Cheers
Matt

Firstly if parallels have a different image or design then they are not a parallel.
A checklist and sell sheet a month out would be nice to build excitement to see what cards we really want to add to our respective collections.
Will also allow us time to budget for the cards to come out that we really want
Hope this gets passed on to ESP and sneaky pics being leaked from now of all the players signing their cards is a nice treat to wet the appetite. No reason why this cannot be done.
100% spot on......multiple images of a player for both a base card and a parallel starts getting very expensive.
