Well I can tell you Michael that Melbourne doesn't have their quota yet, so I don't how you got that information that Melbourne dealers already have their stock!

On a dealer level I can understand, but on a consumer level it's ridiculous. All I was saying to Tony H is that if the shoe was on the other foot he would have done the same.

I'm certainly not getting in to the politics and dealer ethics

Understandable mate and neither am i.

Just wondering if it has ever crossed anyones mind though that they have a set release date for a reason.
 
Well after Micheal diggazz said the Melbourne dealers already had their stock, I went around to see daytrader, who is one of the biggest dealers for myself, who by the way I know very well. Low and behold, no stock and no one in Melbourne has their order..
They will be getting them today being Monday and only part of their order. And as I thought the release day is supposed to be the 8th.
I'm not talking about dealers when I posted my original rant. It makes sense for them to have their stock so they can process their orders to their customers before the 8th of March.

Don`t believe everything you here .....Why do you think daytrader has no listings as yet on ebay but other dealers do .....
 
I'm not going any further down this rabbit hole.

The point that I replied to was that you said Melbourne was an afterthought after NSW and QLD and I know QLD customers especially would vehemently deny that.

If you truly believe that stock warehoused in Melbourne reaches Brisbane and Sydney before other parts of Melbourne then please, don't stop, believin'.

Not calling anyone a lier Mad Hatter. I just wanted to know how people got their stock and selling before the realease date is all. It would be nice if it was available to all around Australia at the same time.
Anyway I think this conversation has had enough airtime and put to bed.
Sorry if I have offended anyone, not my intention. Happy trading 2018.
