Did I say that? He has been playing like crap for the last month, nothing like what he is supposedly capable of. People talk him up, one good game every 15 doesn't make you a good player.

Any rookie that plays semi decent for the Knicks will get talked up given all the horrible rookie they've drafted. Given the fact that he plays in a team with zero structure and leadership I'd say he has done pretty good this season. Most of the time he is forced to sit on the wing and shot 3's which is not really his style.

he's done good this season? have you seen his numbers of late (prior to today's game)? He's shooting has made JR look like an allstar! he's not forced to sit on the wing every single game. he needs to improve his decision making, shooting and then maybe we'll see more games like today.

Obviously with those knicks goggles on you will only see it one way, Hardaway will need to pull his thumb out of his ass more often if he is gunning for a starting spot one day.

With Hardaway Jr I believe he is a good player, the rookie season is always a harsh mistress. One minute your a hero and everyone says you will be a star and the next your one of the worst picks ever. MCW and Olidipo have had their ups and downs also and to judge a player purely on the play of their rookie season would be foolish.
