Really though, who in there right mind would want to go from living in LA to living in Cleveland. I'm sure a team in a better city would offer him something.
Lakers won't be able to afford him unless he signs for minimum, so I doubt he'll be in purple and gold this season.
Someone please tell me why the lakers dont amnesty clause Artest is is useless
Would you Bull fans be able to tell me why you're letting Watson and Lucas III go!? From what I saw they both filled in for Rose very well when he was out; and now you're replacing them with some other scrubs!?
dallas mavs should very seriously consider elton brand... really need a guy like him
also cant believe lou williams hasnt gotten much of a mention during this free agency period in comparison to other guys... excellent young talent, suprised philly not keeping him around - will be someone else's benefit
love what the knicks have done in offseason given that they initially missed on nash sweepstakes... signed kidd, camby, novak, jr and will likely match on lin - already have tyson, melo, amare, shumpert, balkman... should be the most competitive knicks team in a long time and most importantly for them, they should be a very sound defensive team now - kidd, camby, tyson, shumpert all excellent defenders
I too really rate what the Knicks have done. I'm surprised how many guys are downplaying what Kidd can do by saying he can't shoot and he's 39.
Having a guy like that around + Camby will improve those guys immensely IMO.
They now have talent + experience + depth.

F$*K KNOWS!!!!
I don;t mind them picking up Hinrich, he's a nice combo guard that is comfortable at both positions and can shot the ball.
Lucas I can understand, but considering they have made no known moves this off season so far, I can;t see why they are letting CJ walk! And Korver could be on the way out too!!!! Next season will almost be a lottery season for us if things continue this way! Having said that though, a couple of small pieces and if we can some how replicate what we did with out Rose for most of this season then we'll be alright for when he comes back in... I think the coming season for Chicago is really a wait and see or even a gap year style year! LOL!
Ken Berger: Blake Griffin and the Clippers have formally agreed on his five-year, approximately $95 million deal, league sources say. Twitter
The extension had been expected as sources had told ESPNLosAngeles.com earlier this month that Griffin had informed team officials that he intended to sign an extension with the club. Griffin could earn as much as $95 million dollars over the course of the five-year extension if he is voted an All-Star starter again or named to a second All-NBA team next season under the so-called "Derrick Rose Rule" in the new collective bargaining agreement.
