That Bennett rumour was doing the rounds in Newcastle a couple months back. I remember Ben Ikin was asked on the radio about it at the time and he said Wayne is not interested in rebuilding the Broncos at this stage of life and the Knights contract takes him to 65 when he will retire. Cant see it him walking away from the biggest pay cheque in the NRL.
