Nicest/Worst players to get signatures from

I've seen about 100 people chase SBW across the road only for one of our great members get the wrong card signed by him (Triple Threat with Pearce on it).

Wont say who it is....

How does Josh Reynolds go for autos? Him and Boyd both seem like real douche bags

biggest douche on the field ever, i hate him more than anyone else in the NRL, but hes genuinely so nice to the fans. once again today he won the dogs the game some how with that fkn penalty what a joke

Whats this with Josh reynolds? Am i missing something? Met him this yeah was super polite and really helpful chatty as. signed everything I handed him, have never had the opportunity to get him before.

Agreed..saw him signing for people while he was watching an NSW cup game...really friendly seemed like a decent bloke.

Nicest. Preston Campbell, Daryn Lockyer, Tariq Sims, Robert Lui, Rory Kostjasyn, Matty Bowen, and if you can get Thurston by himself... Then him too.

Worst. Gavin Cooper. Arrogant tool box. I purposely leave him out and buy one of his IP's from someone else so I don't have to talk to him.

I have thousands and thousands of cards that I have had signed over the many yrs.
The worst I have found is El masri DCE Mal, prince, hodges, cronk, gasnier and lockyer. I can understand why to.
The nicest players I found seem to go out of there way to sign for you where. Matt Ballin, Luke Burt and Joel Reddy
The most consistently same signature would have to be Nathan Hindmarsh

ITs funny tho, same names are being called the worst by some n best by the others ie, 2 have said prince bad, 1 said hes good. Mirren said Gav Copper is bad but i found him ok. You have El Masri in your worst but years ago when i got him at TSV airport he shouted me a game of pool while waitin for the plane. I guess it depends on the day n the crowd n the result the nite before, maybe their homelife. Obviously some are always awesome like Preston n some are just also bad like Tiquri seemingly....

I don't go after IP's etc but have met the odd player over the years. I met Laurie Daley when he and ET were doing their 'Good Guys' retirement tour in 2001 I think it was. He was a champion, superfriendly, signed anything, happy to chat in great detail about football and a really funny bloke as well.

The other person that springs to be mind is John Sattler. He ran the Runcorn Tavern in Brisbane about 10 or so years ago and everytime I went there he would chat for ages about football and was such a decent bloke. I still have a hat signed by him and the King which they personalised.

When obtaining players signature you have to understand that most of the players are being asked at any time of the day and night 7 days a week to sign something. Mostly before and after training and a game. When there either planning there attack or exhausted from it. If you are a higher profile player the likes of lockyer or immortal statues you would be harassed from the moment you left your house until you got home. Wouldn't that give you the shits. I always said to them sign has many as you want Obviously putting the best cards on top, and thanking them for there time even if they did not sign a single card for me. Abusing players and getting cranky will never get you anywhere. Who out there wouldn't get the shits with people chasing you around all day.
