When you guys are talking about low numbers, say #002, is that demanding a priority over say #020 because it's lower, even though they have the same print run?
Or are NRL different, where you don't know the print run perhaps? I'll refer to NBA here, where cards are numbered to something specific say #/100, or #/50, etc. So say #002/100 and #020/100 would be the same price give or take, depending if they were a player's jersey/guernsey number.
That's bizarre IMO, that different sports can attract premiums for the lower numbered stuff, when they're no more rare than others from the same print run.
Its overly important but as an eels collector if i dont have the card i want then that comes 1st,
if i have the card but its not a low number, then i will chase the low numbers or the jersey numbers.
