Probably could, he sounds like he's trying to get things together...but then he went awol again this week !

If it's a by teams case break I'd be interested, but if it's just a case share of boxes I probably wouldn't...

i say we roll with what we usually do, choose teams and random the good ones, depending on the product - im a lil underwhelmed by this years rookie crop (even though they have yet to play a game) haha

Hope you turn it around mate... one thing at least the single box team breaks are pretty cheap, so it's a bit like buying a pack or two and getting zip...at least that's what I tell myself !!

Geez, just had a thought, it must be years since I bought an actual pack of cards...no card shops around these days and everything on the net is by the box....
 

yeah i know, i miss those old days of rocking in and buying a few packs - i spent a bit more on the NT bball but i wasnt gonna fork out 650 for a box so i guess i cant complain too much... i almost went the dolphins in supreme today, very disappointed that i didnt, but then again, i dont particularly like the dolphins haha
 
I'm still buying NRL packs and getting as much joy as I have with these NFL box breaks.
That Certified 8 box case does look interesting.
 
So we can't do a case share. No problem, that's the rule. But................can we do a case break? or is that the same thing?
If..................if we can arrange for a bone fide dealer to supply a case and then organise for the break to be conducted live or with multiple witnesses???
I honestly don't want to piss anybody off or push the boundaries but..............any thoughts.............expressions of interest???
 

I think case break would be better than case share. If we could get Jon or someone else who can get a case of Certified for that price of $655, plus shipping etc I think we could have 8 of his go in for around $100 bucks each with 4 teams each. That would not be too bad I don't feel? Whether we did the same and each picked a couple teams each then random a couple each or even if all four teams were to be randomized - at least if it's all randomized we can then trade between us for what we want. I would like to see the teams randomized (whether it be 2 or all of them) be the teams for the whole case and not done on a box-by-box basis.
 
Pretty sure there would be eight of us up for it. With exchange rate and postage it would be creeping up towards $100 per slot, but that's not bad knowing that there's your guaranteed PC team hits and random hits available as well, plus the Silver Parallels as a bonus.
Definitely gunna start making some sly inquiries.

He does need to organise things a little better, I don't know why he can't tag the shares with the break numbers in the shop so you know what you have when it comes time to find the vids... I know he does an awful lot of breaks every night, but it would be handy - pretty silly you buy by a date but then he breaks with a number.

Was going to go the rams in a few tonight, but they're gone from a couple already so maybe some day next week...
 


He could probably get it cheaper than that anyway...D & A's premier pricing is $640 and I think he'd likely be getting better than that....

Think you'd have to at least choose some of your teams... I'd lose interest pretty quick if I didn't get the Rams And knowing my random luck I'd get 4 sh1tty teams no one would want to trade for !! Maybe we could choose one team each this time, and draft (or random) the rest or something ??
 
Al is supposedly breaking this weekend so could be in for some youtube viewing with a beer!! Also got the 48 box 2012 Certified as well looking for my 3 rookies to pop up in some nice shades of colour (Black would be nice but would settle for an Emerald!!)
 

Yeah, if Al does his thing that 4 cases I'm in he'll be breaking...
 
Just sent Al an email to confirm he is breaking this weekend and what is the best price he would do for me. No autos in Sterling just a Bernard Pierce jersey and a box topper patch, thats why they are still there!!
 
Still waiting to get confirmation from Al that our breaks have shipped before I cancel the Paypal dispute.
