As I am studying nursing I thought maybe I should get into some medical shows...so I decided to see what all the fuss about Scrubs was! :D Finished all of season 1 and halfway through season 2 and they are pure gold! Lovable characters, great lines and funny as all hell with a little drama every now and then! Good stuff, can't believe it has taken me this ling to get into it!

Better late than never Jase!!

i bought "Michael Jordan to the Max" today....was very good, it was the Imax doco that they made for the great MJ...even though i wasnt in an imax theater..i really really enjoyed it...it followed MJ's last season (at the time before the wizards thing) in the 1998 season and playoffs and also gave insite of MJ and his past....great dvd

We finished watching the first season of 'My Name Is Earl' that my dad-in-law obtained on dvd in China. It's one of my new favourite shows. I was looking forward to it for such a long time and I'm really glad it didn't disappoint. Jason Lee is the man and I love the concept.

I've realised though that after watching them on dvd, in the order they're spose to be, Channel 7 has been playing the episodes out of order. I'm not sure why though..?

Watched Inside Man last night and thought it was great! Really good without too much of Spikes racial inserts, they worked quite well where he did use them though! 4/5

Not a DVD/Movie (yet) but saw a Trailer for "The Marine" tonight from a 2 week's old WWE Raw (Jeff Hardy Return), talk about a sweet-arsed movie, stars WWE's own John Cena. Can't f-cking wait!!!!

Oh and on topic, watching THe Hills Have Eyes tonight. lol.

Has anyone seen Silent Hill yet? Was thinking of going to see it soon.

Sounds like my kinda flic... cheers Jase!

I'm sure I have a DL of it somewhere got it from a mate, but think we took it back before watching..

All the DL copies I have seen have a big chunk missing out of it from near the start. Quite annoying.

I have been keen to see this too, I'll be buying it now through the week, thanks JV. I am a fan of Spikes movies, I really liked the 25th hour with Ed Norton, highly recommended viewing!

Bloody oath, 25th hr is one of my all time fave movies, straight up masterpiece! =D>

me and the misses went and saw "lady in the water" this arvo and it wasnt too bad. If ya liked "The Village" you will like this one as its from the same director. For some reason it has been rated PG, if you have seen the adds you would wonder lol. Some parts were pretty scary and overal was a clever film.

4/5 from me :)

I finally watched 'Talledega Nights: The Legend of Ricky Bobby' today. It's the new flick from Will Ferrell. I was a bit disappointed, it was pretty funny in places but not haha piss my pants funny like Anchorman. Sacha Baron Cohen is a crack-up but overall could've been better. 3.5 outta 5.

Just watched a couple.

1. Talladega Nights - Very funny in some bits adn I did really enjoy it, but the laughs didn't come often enough in my opinion. 3.5/5

2. Lady in the Water - What can I say, it's about time we had a director who can tell a story! I thought this was awesome, because he is telling a story which is what the movies used ot be all about! Gone are the days of awesome writing such as War of the Worlds, King Kong, and even Neverending Story. I was loving this movie so much I didn;t even think about criticizing anything! This was much better than Signs and The Village, I can't believe he got raped in the states for this one, just because he tells it like it is! Hats off to you Mr Shymalen! This is th efeeling you would hope to get after every movie you see! 5/5

interesting to see how much you loved LITW jase, ive purposely avoided it as every single review ive read pans the hell out of it.
