I guess once payment is made going off some reply's.
Im one for keeping deals even if only a verbal agreement, not a fan of back tracking just to make a few bucks more. You'll lose those few $$ you raped a buyer on once word gets around you're a kent and no one want's to buy sh!t from you in the future.

Agreed! But I believe that in this instance, the 'agreement' was conditional..... and that particular condition was not able to be met! Simple!
Well there is such a think as oral/verbal contract haha.
Reading other posts, it would appear that there was no agreement on a price?
CONCLUSION: This product is pure evil destroying the community.
Well according to GoMoto "The only thing l had not done was pay as they wanted to confirm the price once they picked the stock up from the PO (They were waiting on Custom fees). I confirmed with them yesterday one case would be put aside for me", so seller hadn't given him a price but would once they could work out custom fees, if in fact he was told that the case WOULD be held for him but was sold on before even telling him what the price would be, then that sounds pretty crappy to me
I know a bit more info about this than others do and the deal was not set! It was still in negotiations as far as I am concerned and the seller in question didn't do anything wrong imo!
I can't believe how many times threads need to appear where people are not given any benefit of the doubt! We have seen it time and time again.
In this case, the seller in question has already been blacklisted by numerous people in this thread, without knowing the other side of the story!
All I know is that I will have no problems dealing with the person in the future, and I also know that if I want something, I need to 100% commit and make arrangements to pay before assuming something is a done deal
Exactly!
The seller DIDN'T commit to a price.
The buyer did however, say that he would buy it 'if it was at $_____' price!
The Seller couldn't do that price, so the deal is not a deal! Simple!

Thats BS and clearly you are only looking at 1 side of the story.
Sounding more and more like a case of mis-communication to me.
Thread may need to be locked until we can hear the other side of the story.
As l said thre are always 2 sides to the story. Mine is and l stand by it; A price was agreed to hold the case on the Monday, early Tuesday he said it will be more because of customs (I said no problems, l will still take it) and mid Tueday afternoon l was told the Local customers need to be looked after first and he had to pay the bills.
Can l ask drob50: Are you the Recipient of the product which should have been sold to me? If you are its a pretty nasty way to rub it in.
No mis-communication when you hear the words" l need to look after my local buyers first" and "I have to pay the bills"
If this is true.... then you are trying to gather up ALL of the evil you can to become some sort of SUPER VILLIAN!!!
Moohaa haaa haaa
