In between pics 4 and 5 it mentions that they release some sneak peeks at the Summit in March. Also linked the pic of the Jordan auto which was supposed to be one of the designs!

I just saw it! As much as it will kill the name, most collectors have accepted the fact that UD will only produce college crap until they get a NBA license... if they do again. It will have no negative affect on previous releases, if anything it will continue to drive up the price of MJ in bulls uniforms...

I thought their would definately be some Chris Mullin cards in the retro release, but sadly no. I am glad though, these designs just look like cheap knock offs and the abundant sticker autos is pretty cringeworthy. PMG blues look pretty cool though.

I don't know...I wasn't that interested in it before it got released, and I'm even less interested now that it is released. The college uniforms just look goofy to me. Maybe if they were NBA uniforms, this would be cool but the college unis and black and white photos on some just mehhh...thumbs down from me.

I'm SO glad i didn't drop $1700+ on a case!!!
The quality of some of those inserts are a joke.
A cut above,Golden touch,court masters and Noyz Boyz are just not good enough....
I don't see the point in reproducing inserts from the 90's if your not going to get them right!
Having said that, i'm sure the people that have pulled some of the rarer inserts, will have no problems selling them for big money!
The product seems to be ok for resale value, but its far from being good enough for quality!

I'm reserving judgment until I have had one/some in hand. Photo's and scans don't do some cards justice. The only thing that was a bummer for me was the checklist of players covered, not quite what I was hoping or expecting from UD.

But I will bust a box, I knew they were college before release and I missed out on the big insert dominance of the late late 90's and early 00's. So I am looking forward to my box getting here .

May change my mine when I actually see them...but until then

Overall am not very inpressed with what appears to be cheap knock off of the original iconic inserts. It is a little like all of those classic movies that the Hollywood Film Studios tried to re-do, the remake is never anywhere near as good as the original.

same as me. had no money back then hahah. actually this will be the second box I have ever baught. so pretty excited. lets see how things turn out next week.

I watched a box break on youtube and they pulled a LeBron skybox autographics auto, and it was a sticker! I was amazed at the pull but disapointed at the fact of the sticker

did ANYONE here expect it was going to be better than the originals?
we knew we were going to get an inferior product - we've seen the promos for months

c'mon people, we knew - so dont bitch and moan like we've been duped by upper deck.....theyve been bending us over the kitchen table and giving it to us for years.......

lets say something positive about it now.....like how i love that the price went from $200 to $300 per box hahahaaa

Wow, what a tough crowd

It certainly has its positives and negatives but I still reckon it's better than Gold Standard at $200 per box.

I really like the Noyz Boyz (D. Rob and Kawhi to go with my T.D)

Court Masters look pretty cool, mainly the ones I liked were Lebron, G. Hill and Penny.

Never liked Intimidation Nation.

Steve Nash is a winner having him in the inserts.

Loving the Worthys and Russells in the set. Obviously would like to see more colour from their pics.

The blue PMG's look amazing and get your greens now.

I do agree, the inserts seem to have less shine than the originals. Did they do it so they did'nt copy exactly from the originals???

Pretty disappointing if they did it to save time or cost, surely not.

Blue Jordan PMG looks epic with the NC jersey.

Zo and Malone Jambas, what's not to like there?

Plenty of value in the boxes, I've seen mostly solid breaks.

When someone pulls a Jordan 1/1 buyback this product is gonna go crazy.

Someone mentioned going and paying for a $300 box from the 90's, yeah sure, go for it, you'll end up holding a Dana Barros autographics and a Shareef Abdur Rahim insert.

Sticker autos ALWAYS suck!!! Bit of a shame there, especially from Jordan.

I think they've done quite well really, we wanted 90's inserts, they've given us them. Some of the inserts work really well and some fall flat in a heap.

Did I say I wanted that D. Rob Noyz Boyz? Bring it.

d.rob take i you've seen the ebay auctions with all the inserts already up for grabs including 500 for the old school auto... few boyz noyz that will go cheap, ive got my eye on a few too
