Fleer Retro thoughts so far

Now I cannot wait for 2012 - 13 Panini NBA Prestige, might grab an extra box now, I was thinking of getting a box of these, but prestige I think is where it is at for me now. (next week)

What sort of price do you think a star player would pull in a blue pmg... kg, nash, pierce etc?

If you were to sell now, id say quite a bit, but who knows once it cools off

Kawhi Noyz Boyz and Flair Showcase are in the Radar!

College uni's kill it.... but it is still a nice way to collect some 90's classics that actually fit the PC!! Can't wait to get these 2 in! Then the rest are just base/autos

For me they don't have the same feel as the 90's though. The detail just isn't there, the worst so far seem to be the Cut Above, Hardware and Golden Touch. They just look real plain like its a half finished product. The PMG's are ok but again no detail, all the backgrounds look to be the same image where as the 90's all had different patterns.
just an all 'round half arsed effort imo especially after having to wait so long for the product to actually be released.

The Flair Legacy look to be nice and are based on the 96-97 Row 0 set which to me was the nicest set of Legacy's. Shame there is no blue foil though but the gold holofoil look is nice.

I get what you mean, but at this stage, I don't care if they were moulded from paper mache! I need some Kawhis in the PC! lol

I cannot get excited about college uniforms ever. and the point of the original insert sets being so collectable is that they were rare. Not because they were some stunning looking piece of artwork (PMGs apart).

I am disappointed but wouldnt have picked any up since they are in college uniforms anyway.
