Why is everyone so afraid to call him a knucklehead like JJ???? Geez don't want to upset the incompentent seller #-o

I'll side with Dream and the other members that have complained about him in the past. I hate sellers that ignore buyers but responde to eBay and a claim to Aussie Post just to get a free express post bag when it was his fault in the first place?? There is a reason newspaper isn't listed as a recommended packing method on our sending thread. :-D

I wouldn't buy anything from you and I wouldn't be surprised to see no one else buy from you here either. Way to go mate. You just lost sales from the biggest card community in Australia at the moment.

The bottom line here is that Dream didnt get what he paid for & He shouldn't have recieved a retaliation neg feedback.

When you pay money for something you expect it to arrive to safe and sound. Yes Aussie post can suck ass, but if the proper protection wasn't used then im afraid the buyer has every right to neg. As for the 2nd lot being damaged i have no clue. But to send a neg comment back is just stupid.

And the part about us hiding behind these forums, is just plain pathetic. I think you will find Edge that alot of your customers are infact from here. I also recall myself as one, linking up your pages for people to reccomend to buy from. Ive brought from you before and i had no probs.

But the neg feedback and the comments about these forums is just plain wrong. We are all genuine people many of u are friends inside and outside of this community, i think it was an unfair comment to say when you singed up like 24 hrs ago lol.

Ive actally dealt with stehen a few times...and in 1 instace i totally stuffed up the payment side.....he was pretty understanding about it.
I understand your time is limited mate... but your prices are extremly competative.... even if you gave people the option of a bit of bubblewrap for a small fee....
My last box only last week arrived promtly (THANKYOU ) AND i was kept up to date when you posted etc...
Overall,,great.... just see if you can do something about the protection side and youll do very well out of the guys and gals here...

A big roll of bubblewrap costs about $20.00 It might have 300 perforated sheets. (If you get the right stuff 1 sheet will cover 1 box)

Box protected by bubblewrap costs 6 cents.

Happy customer....priceless!!!

clarkescards - ebay id. Have bought over 10 boxes from you. I did make reference that there was 1 box, from memory with a dinged up corner, but hadn't been a major problem with me.

As for sellers here, on a comparative level, you & jmallitt are comparable with prices & postage, so for me, it comes back to customer service.

I can only hope that you've taken 1 piece of advice. Use bubble wrap when sending boxes through an Express Post satchel. I don't believe it's too much to expect.

Perhaps Dream was a little quick with the -ve, but I guess he felt like you weren't addressing his problems/concerns. To leave a retalitory neg, however, should be beneath you. Whether you agree with the neg or not from Dream, either accept his neg, or work it out with him and get feedback mutually removed.

Having said all of this, when looking to buy boxes here in Oz, I will still look you up, as well us Justin. I can only hope you find an extra 30mins a night to bubble-wrap those boxes.

Chad - I disagree mate. If Stephen is man enough to take the criticism onboard and makes the adjustments to how he sends packages (bubblewrapping), then he is undeserving of being called a 'knucklehead'. I thought our job should be to educate & encourage!!!

However, if he doesn't change his ways, then I would agree with you. Time will tell.

Thank you all for your comments. I'm take notes on my end, and I will have all boxes padded from here on end. But if the item still end up damaged, as it had happened before, I hope you good people are not going to neg about it.

Customer service is important, but for the buyer to send me one email asking refund in the morning, and leaving neg feedback in the afternoon, what option do I have with him? He clearly wanted to neg me without getting my reply. Does it seem right just because he "asked" me not to neg himback, and I should just forget about it???

Stand back a minute without taking sides, is it fair for the buyer to neg the seller, even when the seller did send the 2nd package with protection? I would be fine with the feedbacks that we've exchanged on eBay, and leave it as water under the bridge, but the buyer want to go on with his side of the story only at the forum, so I'm here to put my accorss. The last time that I've been on this forum was nearly 2 years ago. How things have changed since!

Thank you for the few who stick up for me, and I thank those who gave advise with good intent. The rest are just water off a duck's feather. No harm, no foul.
